Fees

Payment for office visits is expected at the time of service.  We accept cash or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. We also accept CareCredit, the medical credit card.  

Fees are based on staff time and expertise, cost of materials and equipment necessary to provide quality services for each cat in our care. Our staff will make recommendations and work with you to determine the best treatment course for your cat.

For hospitalized patients, an estimate of the treatment plan will be provided.  A deposit of one half of the estimate is required at the time of patient admission, with payment of the balance due at time of discharge.  Because estimates are based on initial findings, the actual cost of treatment may be greater or lesser than the estimate. We will make every effort to update you and get authorization for any major additional services needed.
